AGENT FOR H.A.R.M. is a sci-fi spy thriller starring Peter Mark Richman (as Mark Richmond), a wonderful actor who never really made it big but who has worked steadily in films and on television for decades and is STILL performing in 2011! This film was a staple on television in the early seventies.
I wish I could find this on DVD, I saw it once as a kid and still remember the blob in it.
ReplyDeleteAnother super-agent film I saw once in the early 70's and would like to see again is "Matchless."
Another one in the same vein was "Dimension 5" starring Jeffrey Hunter. Wish I could find that as well. Maybe you could do a post on it since it came out in 1966?
ReplyDeleteA pilot film for a proposed series, you can catch it, riffed, on Mystery Science Theater 3000. Just got to Youtube and type in MST3K H.A.R.M.
ReplyDeleteI actually remember seeing "Matchless" on TV sometime ca. 1970. It had Patrick O'Neal as the hero; he may have been trying to make the most of a superficial resemblance to James Coburn. As I recall, he acquired a magic ring that allowed him to turn invisible for 20 minutes at a time.
ReplyDeleteHaving Donald Pleasance and Henry Silva as villains helped the movie.
