Ultraman
It would be a couple more years before it showed up in the Cincinnati market but '66 was the year for the debut of ULTRAMAN, the long-running TV and later movie franchise from the folks who brought you GODZILLA! Now, 50 years later, there's another new ULTRAMAN movie scheduled soon.

The Lone Ranger Meets the Great Gildersleeve
Old Time Radio's Lone Ranger made a successful transition to Saturday Morning cartoons in '66 with a barely animated series featuring good voices and stylized artwork. It would prove to have staying power. This particular episode continues the OTR connection by presenting radio's Great Gildersleeve, Hal Peary, along with his trademark laugh, as the title villain, Mr. Happy.
